In 2020, Dr. Allan Adajar accepted a new position with Advent Health Medical group, and relocated his Gynecology practice to Apopka, in Central Florida.
Dr. Adajar’s practice in Chicago, IL closed on February 28, 2020.

Please fax authorizations for medical record release to fax # (407) 778-4321.
If you choose the records to be mailed to you, there will be a mailing fee of $7.75. It will be mailed via Priority Mail. We can also email your records via encrypted pdf, free of charge. Your medical records will be retained for 10 years (ending February 28, 2030.

Advanced Micro-Laparoscopic Gynecologic surgery
While a standard laparoscopic incisions measure 1/2 to 1.2 cm in size, recent developments in surgical instruments make it possible to perform surgery through a needle sized incision (1-2 mm).

I been seeing Dr. Adajar for about 6 years now. He’s the best OBGYN out there. He listens to you and actually cares. I refuse to go anywhere else. He always made me feel comfortable and I trust his advice completely!
Dr. Adajar really is one of the best. He goes above and beyond for his patients and makes them feel like they aren’t just another patient. I can’t say enough compliments about him. Also the whole office staff and nurses are extremely patient and organized. I’ve never had to wait more than 10 minutes for an appointment which makes it easy to book with my busy schedule.
I moved to a different state otherwise I would still be seeing Dr. Adajar as I am currently pregnant. Him and his staff treat you like family and I truly wish that I could still see him as finding the same level of care has been difficult in this state. I recommend him 100%.
